The association has existed legally since 2014. Part of the developments presented on this website nevertheless remains conceptual, in preparation or envisaged.
Centres, seed banks, territorial structures, cooperation arrangements and results mentioned here are not presented as already established where they are not. No institutional partner, funding, accreditation or particular tax status is claimed.

References to the Organization of African Unity created in 1963 and to pan-African history are an inspiration and an intellectual continuity.
