The legal entity that carries the project
EDIBLE FOREST Organisation de l’Unité Africaine — EF-OUA is a French association governed by the law of 1 July 1901, declared in 2014. The public project therefore rests on an existing legal entity, not on an intention.
The decisions of 6 September 2026 — name, acronym, purpose, bylaws, governance and transfer of the registered office — were adopted by the association's extraordinary general meeting, declared to the administration and officially registered: receipt issued by the Sous-préfecture of Brive on 8 September 2026.

The legal name is French and is never translated: EDIBLE FOREST Organisation de l’Unité Africaine. “EDIBLE FOREST — Organization of African Unity” is an editorial translation used for readability only.

One association, continuous since 2014
The association successively bore the names SPIRIT@MYSTIK, MYSTIKSPIRIT and EDIBLE FOREST, before adopting on 6 September 2026 the name EDIBLE FOREST Organisation de l’Unité Africaine and the acronym EF-OUA.
Each change altered the name, never the entity. It is one and the same legal person, declared in 2014, keeping its legal identity, assets, rights, obligations, RNA number and SIREN number.

The legal text organizing the French legal entity: name, purpose, registered office, members, governance, general meetings, resources and dissolution. Adopted in general meeting and declared to the administration.
A public conceptual and organizational text setting out the foundations of the vision: Intelligence, Savoir, conscientization, responsibilities and concrete consequences. It does not have the legal function of the bylaws.
The Public Constitution is not the statutory text filed with the administration; the bylaws are not a philosophical text.

What the association carries
The association carries a pan-African organization founded on Intelligence, Savoir, conscientization and their concrete consequences: edible forests, agroforestry, agroecology, reproducible seeds, EDIBLE FOREST SEEDS, food autonomy, education, research, digital tools and territorial cooperation.
Legal existence does not turn what remains to be prepared into achievements. Territorial experiments, seed banks and cooperation arrangements remain envisaged and will be documented as they are implemented.
