Intelligence and experimentation

"Intellectuence experiments in order to know. The Intelligence knows and experiments in order to directly know." These notions — kept in their original French form — form the conceptual foundation specific to EDIBLE FOREST: a proposal for understanding, not a universally established scientific truth.

01

The Intelligence that underlies the Living

The Intelligence, as presented in this proposal, knows the possibilities of the Living and experiments its knowledge in order to directly know them in matter.

02

Intellectuence (fr.)

A functioning based mainly on analysis, comparison, hypotheses, trials, errors, memorization and accumulation of knowledge. Intellectuence experiments in order to know.

03

The intellectuant (fr.)

The one who functions mainly through intellectuence. Experiments by trial and error in order to know.

04

The intelligent

The one who functions through the Intelligence: knowledge precedes experimentation, which comes to directly know it in matter.

05

Knowing and directly knowing

Knowing precedes experience. Directly knowing results from direct experience. The Intelligence knows possibilities; experimentation would let it directly know them in matter.

Flow

From knowing to directly knowing.

Knowing precedes experience. Directly knowing results from direct experience in matter.

01

The proposed role of EDIBLE FOREST

EDIBLE FOREST proposes to create conditions allowing the knowledge of the Intelligence to be experimented in matter, then to observe, document and transmit the knowledge obtained. This approach is an orientation and an experimental framework. It does not mean that all the experiments described have already been carried out.

02

Experience in matter

The idea would be to observe, receive, prepare conditions, apply, experiment, observe manifestation, verify results, document and transmit.

03

Plant adaptation — proposal

EDIBLE FOREST proposes to imagine a method that would first bring the plant closer to its conditions of origin, then progressively bring those conditions closer to the host territory.

04

The apple tree in Gabon — conceptual example

Identify a variety, recreate conditions close to its usual environment, allow germination and growth in a controlled setting, progressively modify factors, observe, reproduce the best-adapted individuals, continue over several cycles, verify transmission of the adaptation, document the knowledge obtained.

Envisioned experiment. No adaptation result of the apple tree in Gabon is currently claimed.

05

Honest limits

No promise that any plant can grow anywhere. This page presents the conceptual foundation specific to EDIBLE FOREST — neither religion, esoteric doctrine nor universally validated theory.
